It's Monday!!!!
Are all my BeePs happy today?? You should bee! It’s MONDAY!
I keep having this nagging feeling that I’m supposed to remember not to forget something today, but I can’t recall what it is. Does that ever happen to you?
Well, ButterCup and I had a tremendously relaxing weekend in the Way Distant Far Meadow. We left Friday afternoon, then came back on Sunday afternoon, just in time for - get this - a Birthday Party.
It was Pinky Bee’s Birthday Party, so we went to that. It was great fun, It was also nice to finally figure out what everybody's been up to.
“So THIS is Mysterious Party everybody’s been so secretly planning for the last week or so,” I said to ButterCup while we were at the party.
“This? Oh, no, this isn’t it,” she said. "And I have no idea what you're talking about."
“But….” I started to say.
“Are you going to start asking a bunch of probing questions again, Georgie? Beecause if you are, I can tell you right now that I know nothing whatsoever about any parties that may or may not bee taking place in about 12 days from now. So you can just stop asking.”
“Fine,” I said. “But I’m gonna bee invited, right?”
ButterCup just rolled her eyes at me and walked off.
She does that sometimes.
Well, I’m just gonna hafta put this whole party thing out of my head and focus on other things. I’m pretty sure there’s something I had planned to focus on, but at the moment, I can’t quite remember what it was.
